    I have a Very sophisticated developer who worked with your “scraper” for two days and said it was WORTHLESS on trying to scrape.

    I want a Refund!!

    Hi, thanks for contacting us. I’m not sure what you mean by ‘sophisticated’ developer. But better option would have been to simply contact our support if in case any issue.
    Refund is not an issue, we do make refund to all of our customers if the plugin doesn’t work for them.

    Hope you can let us know the source url that you tried to scrape from so that we can know what we need to improve or what is the issue scraping that site.

    And, please kindly apply for the refund via your Envato Panel.
