    Hello,
    What is going on ?
    I have just returned from a holiday weekend and I can no longer find my tasks.
    I lost all the work that I have done and that you have done !!
    the license is declared invalid

    Hi,
    Does that mean that you save our tasks on your server?
    Is there nothing we can do to avoid the same problem?
    Exports / imports are useless if your key server is not active?

    Suggestion
    when i open the task (create new task) it would be interesting to have the task name, at the top of the page (above the url field), it would save me from making mistakes

    The tasks are stored in cloud server. But all scraping process works on customer’s web server.

    Is there nothing we can do to avoid the same problem?
    >> We have dedicated server now, and backups done more often.

    i have the same issue…32 tasks dissapered, how this is possible???
