Scraper not working after moving site

Hi,

I purchased your scraper plugin a while ago and installed it on a test server.

It seemed to work so we moved it to the live site (different domain) and now it only scrapes a few results. When we schedule task, it is not adding new posts. Only when we do manuell run and then only a few. I read the following in the documentation: Once you activate your purchase code, the code will be licensed your domain.

Could it be that the plugin is somehow connected to the staging site?

Kindly assist on this matter!

Hi, thanks for contacting us. Did you completely remove scraper plugin from your staging site after moving it to live site? In that case it should not be an issue.
First, we recommend you to run the task manually and if it works fine then only schedule it to run automatically. Also, have these options enabled in the task – https://www.screencast.com/t/zI4BP9rBjYy7

Also, it could be that you’ve run the task previously too, and the posts have already been created. Do check your posts section too.
