    Hi just purchased your plugin to scrape some products to woocommerce, and it’s not working I have tried a few websites and it’s the same, here is a list of what happens.

    1. I enter the URL of the website and select the multipost option then press fetch. after the scan is complete it shows the item count which is correct then I select, jump to the content and the page and the website page goes blank nothing is there.
    2. The website disappears after a few minutes and if I refresh the page it won’t show the website again so I have to start all over again.
    3. The preview results don’t work it just displays the message that I can preview the results here and that it.

    If you can fix this plugin it would be great I can send you my login to have a look otherwise I will have to hire a coder to fix this plugin.

    Hi, it’s most probably the XPath issue. In some cases you might need to enter the correct XPath manually – https://support.wpbots.net/documentation/getting-a-value-from-hidden-element/

    Hi i managed to get to work but i sometimes get this erro message

    There is no post to process!
    Is there any connection to source : Yes
    Collected Serial Item URLs : 11
    HTTP Status Code : 200

    It passed last index, there is no more post on that page. Reset this task to scan same page again.

    Hi yes thanks but if the information is not imported correctly how can I re-import using the same task, there should be an option in the (track changes) were a re-import option is available deleting the previous import.

    Hi, currently there is no option to delete imported posts. We might add it in the future versions of the plugin. For now you’ll need to remove them manually from Posts section.
